Process Approval Instructions

1. Submitter Application

(1) Employee accesses the "Leave System" through the link, fills in required information and submits. After filling out the form, process approval is triggered.

(2) After submission, submitter can check the submission record using the email address provided when filling out the form.


2. Approver (Department Leader) Approval


Approver receives approval email notification and can view application details and approve.

Click "Approve Now" in the email and complete verification to enter the approval page.

Approval page displays current form's pending approval data, can click top-right corner to switch projects and approve other project data.

Approver can set do-not-disturb message reminders with different frequency times.

Click view button to see detailed data and make approval decision. Default status is pending approval, after approval completion status updates to approved.

For multiple collaborator OR-sign or AND-sign, approval details will show approval progress. For OR-sign, only one person needs to approve to move to next step. For AND-sign, all people must approve before moving forward.

3. Approver (HR) Approval


After previous level approver approves, routes to next node for approval, collaboration method is selecting specified approvers. After routing, corresponding approver will receive email notification.

4. Submitter Receives Approval Result Notification


After approver processes approval data, routes to submitter, submitter receives email notification, clicks to view approval result, after verification can view detailed approval result.

Submitter views approval reply list, default status is unread, after clicking view details status updates to read.

Click modify submission button to enter modification page, after modifying submission click reply button, re-routes to approver for approval.

5. CC Recipient Receives Approval Result Notification


All process approval decisions can set CC recipients, CC recipients receive email notification, after verification can view approval data but have no operation permissions.
