Response Filtering
Response filtering is designed to eliminate inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent responses, improving the dataset's quality and reliability. Filtered responses are automatically marked as invalid and moved to the Recycle Bin in the "Responses" page.
Access "Build" page and select Response Filtering to initiate rule creation.

Click +Add Filtering Rules to open the configuration interface.

Applicable question types are:
- Multiple Choice
- Checkboxes
- Dropdown
- Date
- Rating
- Matrix Radio Button
- Matrix Checkbox
- Matrix Rating
- NPS
- Rate the Choice
- Rating Checkbox
- Review
- Kano
Single-question Rule
1. Choose Single-question rule and select the question for which you want to filter response.
2. Specify that if the respondent selects / does not select the specified option(s), the response will be marked as invalid.

Double-question Rule
1. Choose Double-question rule and select questions for which you want to filter response.
2. Specify that if the respondent selects / does not select the specified options. When both conditions are met, the response will be marked as invalid.

3. (Optional) Double-question rule can be set as a trap rule that select two questions, when the respondent's choice numbers for these two questions are same / different, the submission is considered invalid.

Additional Rules
1. Choose Additional rules and select the element (collector, time spent, and score) you want to filter response.
- Collector: This refers to the method by which respondents answer, including link, email, social media, and more.
- Time Spent: This allows you to set the submission time in seconds. You can specify less than, greater than, or between certain values.
- Score: This allows you to set the survey scores. You can specify less than, greater than, or between certain values.

NOTE: Every time, you can only add one rule. But for a survey, you can add multiple rules and the relationship among these rules are "OR".

Invalid Response Prompt
Choose whether you want to display an invalid response prompt or redirect to a specific URL after filtering an invalid submission.
- Display Invalid Response Prompt: The default message is "Sorry, you don't meet some of the criteria the survey requirements this time. Thank you for your participation!"
- Jump to a Specific URL: Enter the website link you want respondents to visit. You can also set up a prompt that will display when respondents click submit. You can also add jump prompt.
