Answer Configuration

Answer configuration allows you to set up the following functions for your survey:

- Allow breakpoint continuation

- Allow previewing the answer sheet before submission

- Limit the number of responses this survey can get 

- Hide the respondent's IP address

1. Access the "Settings" page. There are two ways to access it: 

- Click Save and Settings after editing the survey

- Click Settings Home and Settings in the “My Surveys” page

2. Set up the desired functions:

- Allow breakpoint continuation: Respondents can close the survey page during the survey and resume where they left off the next time they open the survey. Note that this function only works on the same browser and computer.

- Allow previewing the answer sheet before submission: Respondents can preview all questions and answers by clicking the Preview button under the Submit button.

- Limit the number of responses this survey can get: You can set a maximum number of responses for your survey. Turn on this function and enter the maximum number of respondents. You can also customize the prompt for respondents when the maximum number of responses is reached. The default message is: "Sorry, the number of responses received for this questionnaire has reached the maximum number of responses set by the publisher, and no new responses can be accepted!"

- Hide the respondent's IP address: When enabled, the IP address will not be displayed on the "Responses" page.

3. Click Save.
