Application Scenarios
The 360-degree evaluation that allows multiple evaluations is mainly applicable to evaluations between organizations or evaluations of individuals by organizations, such as:
1. Student Evaluations of Teachers' Teaching:
In schools, when organizing students to evaluate teachers' teaching, and each class of students only needs to evaluate the teachers who teach their class (i.e., each student needs to evaluate the same teachers), the class can be regarded as a whole and set as the evaluator, while the teachers are the Subject. Since there is more than one student in a class, the generated evaluation link must allow multiple submissions. This method is suitable for evaluating a teacher's teaching situation from the perspective of the class, not based on individual students.
2. Mutual Evaluation Between Departments in Enterprises:
In enterprises, besides the need for mutual evaluation between employees, there are sometimes evaluations between departments. When creating the evaluation relationship table, it is no longer based on individual-to-individual evaluation relationships but on department-to-department evaluation relationships (i.e., both the evaluatee and the evaluator are departmental concepts). However, during the actual evaluation, more than one colleague in a department needs to fill out the evaluation, so the evaluation link needs to be set to allow multiple submissions.

A: The multiple evaluations feature is mainly applicable to evaluations between organizations or evaluations of individuals by organizations, such as student evaluations of teachers' teaching and mutual evaluation between departments in enterprises.
Q3: How does the multiple evaluations feature work for student evaluations of teachers?
A: In schools, when organizing students to evaluate teachers' teaching, if each class of students only needs to evaluate the teachers who teach their class, the class can be regarded as a whole and set as the evaluator. Since there is more than one student in a class, the generated evaluation link must allow multiple submissions to evaluate a teacher's teaching situation from the perspective of the class.
Q4: How does the multiple evaluations feature work for department evaluations in enterprises?
A: In enterprises, when creating department-to-department evaluation relationships, both the evaluatee and evaluator are departmental concepts.
