Multi level Dropdown Question

Multi-level Dropdown question type is ideal for situations where the options have several levels and need to be organized in a hierarchical structure. By presenting respondents with a series of dropdown menus, they can easily navigate through different levels of information and select the specific content they're interested in. Creating a Multi-level Dropdown Question

 

1. Choose Multi-level Dropdown to add the question to your survey.

2. Enter the question.

 

3. Set multi-level dropdown. It supports four levels max, and there are two ways to set:  


- Fill in the textbox: The first row should be the title, and use "/" to separate the content.

 

- Bulk upload: Upload an excel with the following format. You can download the template to view the format.

 

Note: you can test the format by clicking Fill Example.

4. (Optional) If you have many options, consider checking the Allow search checkbox. This will allow respondents to enter keywords and find options more easily and efficiently.

 

5. (Optional) Adjust any additional settings for questions.

6. Click Finish.  



Analyzing the Data  


You can click View Details to see details for each respondent and click Export to Excel to export the data to an Excel file for further analysis.
