Text Message Setting

You can send survey by text message. There are some sending settings that you can set up: 

1. Access the "Share" page, click on Go Share for Text Message.

2. Bulk add phone numbers by clicking + Bulk Add. Select the Select Country/Region code and enter the Subscriber Number.  

3. Edit the content of the message. Ensure the custom message is under 147 characters. Text within "{ }" like {Survey_link} and {Company_name} will be automatically replaced by the system and should remain unchanged.

4. You can set up whether allow only access through email links and to submit multiple times:

- Only allow access to this questionnaire through message link: When you switch this function on, respondents can only access the survey from the unique link in received message.

- Allow Multiple Submissions: The default setting is that the survey link can be used once, but when you switch this function on, the link can be answered multiple times.
