Display Answer Card
To enable the answer card display:
1. Go to the quiz editing page
2. Click on "Common Quiz Settings"
3. Check the box for "Display answer sheet on the response page."

To enable answer card display by question type:
1. Check both "Display answer sheet on the response page" and "Display the answer sheet by question type"
One Question Per Page
To enable one question per page display:
1. Check the box for "One Question Per Page"
2. Quiz dispaly by One Question Per Page mode and answer card

- When "One Question Per Page" is enabled in default mode or practice mode, you can only enable the answer card display but cannot set it to display by question type
- In challenge mode, the answer card display feature is not available
