FAQ
Q1: Why do companies need to conduct 360-degree assessments?
A: 360-degree assessments help companies comprehensively understand employees' work performance and needs, including performance evaluation, talent development, teaching assessment, and talent inventory across multiple application scenarios. Through multi-dimensional feedback, companies can develop better training and development plans, ultimately enhancing employee satisfaction and work performance.
Q2: As an HR administrator, what materials do I need to prepare before starting a 360-degree assessment?
A: You need to prepare three key documents: the evaluation relationship table, evaluator contact information table (including email, phone number, and other unique identifiers), and questionnaire content. If your prepared evaluation relationship table differs significantly from the system sample table, it's recommended to adjust your table according to the system sample to facilitate quick entry of evaluation relationships.
Q3: How do I set up evaluation relationship levels? How many levels does the system support?
A: The system provides five default levels: supervisor, subordinate, colleague, others, and self-assessment, with a maximum of 10 levels that can be added. You can customize evaluation relationship levels according to your organizational structure to meet different companies' management needs.
Q4: What should I do when encountering employees with the same name when entering evaluation relationships?
A: When duplicate names appear in evaluation relationships, you need to distinguish them manually, for example: Emma, Emma1. The system cannot automatically identify employees with the same name, so it's recommended to identify duplicate employees before entry to ensure the accuracy of evaluation relationships.
Q5: How do I batch import evaluation relationship data?
A: You can batch import through Excel spreadsheets: first click "Download Template" to get the standard format, then organize the evaluation relationship table according to the template, and finally click the "Upload File" button. The system will automatically recognize the uploaded file content to achieve rapid batch entry of evaluation relationships.
