Adding Administrator

You can add administrators, set their permissions, collaborate with them on managing surveys and data.


Click on the user avatar and select Administrator. You can add an administrator from contacts or create one from scratch.

Adding from Contacts


1. Click on + Add Contact.

2. Enter the password, user role, and sendable group range (only for roles syetem administrator and survey-creating administrator). After confirming, an administrator will be created. Please note: The email and password are used to log into SurveyMars.

Creating from Scratch


1. Click on Create contact from scratch.

2. Enter the username, email, password, user role, and sendable group range (only for roles syetem administrator and survey-creating administrator). After confirming, an administrator will be created. Please note: The email and password are used to log into SurveyMars.

NOTE: The email address for the administrator should not be registered as a SurveyMars account.



User Roles Permissions


There are four user roles that you can select: System Administrator, Survey-Creating Administrator, Full Data Viewer, and Analysis Results Viewer.

System Administrator Permissions to change corporate public settings and create other system administrators. All surveys within the company.
Survey-Creating Administrator Permissions to create, edit, and send surveys, as well as all permissions for Full Data Viewer. Surveys created by self and those assigned by the system administrator.
Full Data Viewer Full Data Viewer Permissions to view detailed survey results, as well as all permissions for Analysis Results Viewer. Surveys assigned to oneself by the system administrator.
Analysis Results Viewer View surveys results statistics. Surveys assigned to oneself by the system administrator.
