Vertical Selection

When the matrix question has many options and only a few row questions, using the vertical selection format on mobile devices can create a more effective display. This format allows users to easily select from a large number of options by scrolling vertically.

1. Determine which questions you want to set up the vertical selection. Please note that only the following question types support this format:

- Matrix Radio Button

- Matrix Checkbox

2. Turn on the Vertical Selection.

3. Click Finish.

NOTE: You can only choose one display format between Vertical Selection and Multiple-choice Format.
