Dimension Results and Suggestions

Dimension Results and Suggestions lets you add score outcomes and advice for each survey dimension. On quizzes, they appear on the transcript. On 360 assessments, they appear on the personal assessment report, so respondents can see how they did on each dimension and what to improve.

Example use cases

- A knowledge quiz is grouped into Listening, Reading, and Grammar, and you want the transcript to show comments and study tips by dimension score.

- A skills test should tell candidates whether a dimension is met, close, or needs work, plus a next-step suggestion.

- A 360 review should show result notes and development advice by dimensions such as leadership or collaboration on the personal report.

Quizzes

1. Open the quiz design wizard and go to Transcript settings.

2. Find the Dimension Results and Suggestions entry.

3. Click the question-mark icon next to the entry to open this help article in a new window.

4.After the quiz is submitted, the completion page will display the corresponding scoring suggestions according to the dimension result scores.

360 assessments

360 questionnaires also support Dimension Results and Suggestions. After you set them, they appear on the personal assessment report.

Set up dimensions first (add dimensions and bind questions). If you need to adjust dimensions while configuring this feature, the existing Dimension settings dialog opens directly.

Set up dimension results and suggestions

After you save, configured score results appear on the left side of transcript settings.

1. Click Dimension Results and Suggestions, or click Edit in the upper-right of the left list, to open the settings dialog.

2. Configure score results and suggestion comments by dimension, then save and return to transcript settings.

3. The left list shows the saved score results so you can review them.

View, edit, and delete

View full comments

Long comments on the left are truncated. Hover over a comment to see the full text.

Edit

1. In the upper-right of the left list on transcript settings, click Edit.

2. The Dimension Results and Suggestions dialog opens. Change the items and save.

Delete

1. Hover over a comment to show the delete button.

2. Click delete. A confirmation dialog appears.

3. After you confirm, the item is removed from the left list and is also deleted in the settings dialog.

1. Set up dimensions and bind questions before configuring Dimension Results and Suggestions.

2. Quizzes show this content on the transcript; 360 assessments show it on the personal assessment report.

3. Long comments are truncated in the left list. Hover to read the full text.

4. Deletion requires confirmation and also removes the matching item in the settings dialog.

5. The question-mark icon opens help in a new window. UI labels may vary by version; trust in-product copy if it differs.
