Report Page Display

The report page will only be effective when there is a hierarchical ("superior-subordinate") level relationship.

This feature is effective only in the following reports: "All Personnel Comparison Report," "Department Personnel Comparison Report," and "Individual Assessment Report." Once this feature is set, all instances showing superior or subordinate level scores will be uniformly displayed as "Others Rating".

Calculation Logic for "Others Rating"

1. When there are no level weights:

* The scores from each level are summed and averaged.

Example Calculation: Others Rating = (5 + 2.5 + 4 + 1) / 4 = 3.13

2. When there are level weights:

* Each level's score is multiplied by its corresponding weight, and then the results are summed.

Example Calculation:

Suppose the level weights are set as follows:

- Manager: 30%

- Reportee: 30%

- Peer: 30%

- Other: 10%

The weighted scores for each level would be calculated as follows:

- Manager: 5 × 0.30 = 1.5

- Reportee: 2.5 × 0.30 = 0.75

- Peer: 4 × 0.30 = 1.20

- Other: 1 × 0.10 = 0.10

The total "Others Rating" would be the sum of these weighted scores:

Others Rating = 1.5 + 0.75 + 1.20 + 0.10 = 3.55

FAQ

Q1: Where can I access the unified display of 'Others Rating' settings?

A: You can access this feature at: 360-Degree Evaluation → Report Settings Page. This allows you to configure how superior and subordinate level scores are displayed in reports.

Q2: In which reports is the unified 'Others Rating' display effective?

A: This feature is effective only in the following reports: "All Personnel Comparison Report," "Department Personnel Comparison Report," and "Individual Assessment Report." Once this feature is set, all instances showing superior or subordinate level scores will be uniformly displayed as "Others Rating".

Q3: How is the 'Others Rating' calculated when there are no level weights?

A: When there are no level weights, the scores from each level are summed and averaged. For example: Others Rating = (5 + 2.5 + 4 + 1) / 4 = 3.13, where the scores from each level are added together and divided by the number of levels.

Q4: How is the 'Others Rating' calculated when there are level weights?

A: When there are level weights, each level's score is multiplied by its corresponding weight, and then the results are summed. For example, if Manager has 30% weight, Reportee has 30%, Peer has 30%, and Other has 10%, the weighted scores are calculated and summed to get the final "Others Rating".

Q5: When is the unified 'Others Rating' display feature most useful?

A: This feature is most useful when you want to simplify the report display by consolidating multiple evaluation levels into a single "Others Rating" category. It's particularly effective when there is a hierarchical ("superior-subordinate") level relationship and you want to present a cleaner, more streamlined view of the assessment results.
