Multiple Textbox Question

Multiple Textbox question type is suitable for questions that require multiple pieces of information to be filled in together. They can be set up using fill-in-the-blank or selection methods, and can be used for questions such as filling out personal information. View a Multiple Textbox example.

Creating a Multiple Textbox Question 


1. Choose Multiple Textbox to add the question to your survey.

2. Enter the question and contents in the textbox. You can click Insert Blank to add more placeholders.

3.(Optional) Set the text attributes for answers.


- Validation: Integer, Decimal, Year and Month, Date, Date and Time, Mobile Phone, Email, Website, and Drop-down Option


- Fill in required/optional: Different fill in content can set the required or optional separately.

4. (Optional) Adjust any additional settings for questions.

5. Click Finish.



 Analyzing the Data 


You can view the details for each  textbox of Multiple Textbox question by clicking on Details. You can also view a word cloud analysis for this question type. A word cloud is a visual representation of the most frequently used words in a set of responses, with the size of each word reflecting its frequency of use. Click Word Cloud Analysis to view the results. If the answer sheet fewer than 5, it will not show.
