Question Watermark

The table question file watermark feature allows users to add custom watermarks to uploaded files in table questions, including fixed text watermarks and dynamic question content watermarks. This feature helps users better manage and identify uploaded files.

Feature Access

This feature is available for two types of questions:

- File upload questions

1. Go to the questions edit page to add Upload questions and click the Set Watermark.

1. In the questionnaire editing page, select the table question where you want to set the watermark

2. Click the "Set Column Attributes" button and set Upload attributes

3. Click the "Set Watermark " option in the properties panel

Watermark Types

1. Fixed Text Watermark:

- Supports up to 100 characters of fixed text

- Can use [time] variable to display upload time

- Line breaks are not supported

2. Question Content Watermark:

- Can select existing fill-in questions from the questionnaire as watermark content

- Only supports selecting fill-in questions that appear before the current question

- Does not support questions containing images

Usage Notes

1. File Upload Limitations:

- Individual file size should not exceed 20MB

- It is recommended to upload no more than 5 images at once to ensure proper watermark display

2. Watermark Display:

- Fixed text watermarks and question content watermarks can be used in combination

- A space will be automatically added between the two types of watermarks when combined

3. Multi-language Support:

- Supports switching between Chinese and English interfaces

- Watermark content will automatically adjust based on the questionnaire language

1. Incomplete Watermark Display:

- Check if fixed text exceeds the 100-character limit

- Verify if selected question content contains special characters

2. Upload Failures:

- Check if file size exceeds the 20MB limit

- Confirm if the number of uploaded images is too large

- After setting the watermark, it's recommended to test the effect with a small number of images first

- After modifying watermark settings, files need to be re-uploaded to see the new watermark effect
