Survey Editing Collaborator

SurveyMars platform introduces a new role called "Survey-Editing Collaborator" to enhance survey management capabilities. This role allows designated users to edit and translate surveys while maintaining proper access control.

Role Overview

The Survey-Editing Collaborator role is designed for users who need to assist in survey editing and translation tasks. This role provides specific permissions for survey editing while maintaining system security.

1. Navigate to the administrator management page

2. Click the "Add Administrator" button

3. Select "Survey-Editing Collaborator" from the role options

4. Complete the Administrator creation process

Survey-Editing Collaborators have the following permissions:

- Edit assigned surveys

- Translate surveys into multiple languages

- Print surveys

There are two methods to invite Survey-Editing Collaborators:

Method 1: Manual Addition

1. Access the survey's multilingual settings

2. Click the " Add Survey-Editing Collaborator" button

4. Complete the sub-account creation process

Method 2: Share Link Invitation

1. Access the survey's multilingual settings

2. Click "Invite to Review Translation"

3. Click " Copy the Sharing Link"

4. Copy the generated link and share it with the intended collaborator

5. When the collaborator opens the link:

- They will be prompted to register an account

- After registration and login, they will automatically become a Survey-Editing Collaborator

- The survey used in the invitation link will be automatically assigned to them

Important Notes

- Survey-Editing Collaborators can only edit surveys specifically assigned to them

- They cannot create new surveys or access other surveys

- They cannot delete the surveys assigned to them

- The role is ideal for translation teams and content reviewers
