Internal Message API sending
The API sending feature is designed for internal questionnaire distribution within your organization. It provides a secure and efficient way to manage questionnaire distribution and track responses through internal API integration.
Feature Access
1. Access the questionnaire sharing page
2. Find the "API Interface" sending option.click the "Go Share" button.
3. Click "Contact Us" to request access.If the feature has not been activated yet
4. The system will automatically include "Internal Message (API)" in your request
5. After the feature is activated, you can directly access the sending page.

Basic Settings
1.Answer Throttling:
- Default setting: One response per recipient
- Adjustable through dropdown menu

2. Send Time:
- Default setting:Send Now
- Schedule for specific time (API message will be pushed at the set time)

Contact-related Settings
- Show in pending participation list (enabled by default)
- Allow answer modification (disabled by default)

Additional Settings
- Set questionnaire duration
- Configure scheduled push notifications

Contact Management
1. Adding New Contacts:
- Click "Add New Contacts" in the contact selection dialog.If you haven't added any contacts yet, you can click Adding Contacts;
- Access batch addition interface

2. Bulk Import contacts:
- Click "Bulk Import contacts" and Download the batch upload template.
- Fill in the ThirdUserId information of the contacts. Only contacts with existing ThirdUserIds can be added successfully in bulk. the ThirdUserId fielsd could be add by Editing Columns



3. Contact Selection:
- Select from Group
- Choose by tags
- Select entire Group or specific individuals
- Group information displayed with contact names

API sending
- After selecting the contacts to send, click the "Confirm" button.

- Click the "Send Now" button to enter the sending status page.

- The submitted data will enter the sending status page, where you can send reminders to contacts who have not responded.

Important Notes
- API sending feature requires administrator approval
- Contact information must be valid and up-to-date
- Group information is displayed with contact names
- Multiple selection methods can be used simultaneously
- Scheduled sending is based on API message push time
- Response tracking is real-time
