Settings Content and Response Page Display
There are a total of five ways to allow evaluators to submit evaluations in batches:
* Enables multi-session assessment completion: This option is selected by default.
* Evaluate individuals one-by-one: When an evaluator needs to evaluate multiple people, the response page will display only one evaluatee at a time. After submitting the evaluation, the evaluator will be prompted to continue evaluating the next person who has not yet been evaluated.
* Evaluate by department one-by-one: When the Subject belong to multiple departments, the response page will display only the Subject from one department at a time. After submitting the evaluation, the evaluator will be prompted to continue evaluating the next department's personnel who have not yet been evaluated.
Reminder: This feature can only be set if the Subject' departments have been specified. If no departments are set for the Subject, this option will be grayed out and unavailable.
* Evaluate by level one-by-one: When the Subject belong to multiple levels, the response page will display only the Subject from one level at a time. After submitting the evaluation, the evaluator will be prompted to continue evaluating the next level's personnel who have not yet been evaluated.
Reminder: This feature can only be set if there is a hierarchical evaluation relationship. If no such relationship exists, this option will be grayed out and unavailable.
