EU Subscription Cancellation Policy
If you are an individual consumer who recently started a paid SurveyMars subscription and live in one of the countries/regions listed below, you have the right to cancel within 14 calendar days (this policy does not apply if you use your SurveyMars subscription for trade, business, craft, or professional purposes). If you exercise this right, we will refund the subscription fee you paid, and your account will be downgraded to the free plan.
How to Exercise Your Cancellation Right
You can submit a written cancellation notice to cancel your subscription in either of these ways: email, or contact customer support to complete a cancellation form.
You do not need to provide a reason for canceling; if you choose to share feedback, we will use it to improve our product and services.
If you submit your cancellation notice within the valid period, we will refund your subscription fee within 14 days of receiving the notice, and your account will be downgraded to the free plan. After the 14-day period, you can still turn off auto-renewal on your account.

Include the following in your email:
- Account username
- Country of residence
- A statement that you are requesting cancellation under this policy
Option 2: Cancellation Form
You can also contact customer support online, and they will provide a cancellation form.
Eligible Countries
The 14-day cooling-off period starts on the day you receive the subscription confirmation email.
This cancellation policy applies to individual consumers who live in the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom

If you live in a country/region not listed above, or if the 14-day cancellation period has ended, please refer to the general cancellation rules and instructions.
Basic (Free) Account
Basic (free) users can request to terminate and delete their account at any time from the My Account page. After account deletion, your account access will be disabled, and all surveys and response data you created will be deleted.
