Airtable Integrations
SurveyMars survey platform supports seamless synchronization of response data to Airtable, enabling automated data management through simple configuration. Helping users efficiently manage survey data without manual export/import, ensuring real-time data updates.
Feature Access
1. Navigate to the survey distribution page and locate "Integrations" section. Click the "Go>>" button to access data integration settings

Connecting to Airtable
1. Click the "Connect " button

2. If you're already logged into Airtable:
- You can choose to use your currently logged-in Airtable account
- Or select "Add account" to log in with a different account

3. If you're not logged into Airtable:
- Click the "Login to Airtable" button


- Complete the Airtable authentication process
- Upon successful login, you'll automatically proceed to the next step
Setting Up Data Destination
1. Select an Airtable base to receive your survey response data.

2. Choose the specific table within the selected base.

3. Confirm your selection to proceed to the next step.
Field Mapping Configuration
1. Map your survey questions to corresponding Airtable fields.
2. Each survey question can be linked to a specific column in your Airtable.
3. Review your mappings to ensure data will transfer correctly.
4. Confirm the mapping configuration to complete the setup process.


Managing Your Integration
1. Pause/Resume Synchronization:
- Toggle the connection switch off to pause data synchronization
- Toggle the connection switch on to resume data synchronization

2. Edit Configuration:
- Return to previous setup steps to modify your configuration
- Update field mappings or change target destinations as needed


3. Delete Integration:
- Click the "Delete" button to remove the integration
- Confirm your decision in the confirmation dialog
- Note: This action will stop all data synchronization
