SurveyMars Usage Analysis
The SurveyMars Usage Analysis feature provides administrators with comprehensive statistics on system usage, including survey and account metrics, to help manage and optimize platform utilization efficiently.
Feature Access
1. Only the main account and sub-accounts with the System Administrator role can access the Usage Analysis feature.
2. The entry point is located on the user information page. Find the "SurveyMars Usage Analysis" entry and click to access the statistics page.

1. Click the "SurveyMars Usage Analysis" entry to enter the statistics page.
Settings Description
1. The statistics cover the following:
- Total Questionnaires: All surveys created by the main and sub-accounts within the selected time range.
- Total Responses: The sum of responses for all surveys within the total survey count.
- Total Accounts: The cumulative number of main and sub-accounts.
- Questionnaire Count by Month: Statistics by survey type and monthly creation trends (up to 12 months).
- Questionnaire Count by Type: Count the number of surveys by different types
- Questionnaire Count by Account: Number of surveys created by each sub-account.
2. Time range selection supports custom date ranges. Monthly statistics display up to the latest 12 months.
3. The sub-account dropdown only includes sub-accounts that can create surveys. "Statistics Viewer" and "Data Viewer" roles are excluded.
4. When viewing a single sub-account, the sections "Sub-account Survey Statistics" and "Total Sub-accounts" are hidden.
Management Features
1. Interactive features include:
- Switch between light/dark themes
- Toggle between all accounts and single sub-account data
- Select date range for statistics
- Click the "View" icon next to Total Sub-accounts to jump to the sub-account page
2. Help buttons are available next to Total Responses and Total Accounts to display explanations on hover.
Important Notes

- You can return to previous steps at any time during configuration.
- Dropdown selections and settings can be modified and saved as needed.
