SurveyMars survey platform provides seamless integration with Microsoft Excel, enabling automatic synchronization of survey responses to your Excel workbooks. This integration helps you efficiently analyze and manage survey data using Excel's powerful features.

1. Navigate to the survey distribution page and locate "Integrations" section. Click the "Go>>" button to access data integration settings

Connecting to Microsoft Excel


1. Click the "Connect" button to initiate the integration process

2. Select Microsoft account login method:


- If you're already logged into your Microsoft account, select it to proceed.Or click "Add account" to sign in with a different Microsoft account

3. Complete Microsoft authorization:


- Confirm permissions in the authorization popup


- Click "Next" to complete authorization


Setting Up Synchronization


1. Choose data synchronization target:


- Use existing spreadsheet: Paste Microsoft Sheets link

- Click the 'Go to login' button in the popup to be redirected to the Excel page for authorization

3. Handle historical data:


- If survey has existing responses, system will prompt to sync historical data


- Choose whether to include existing responses

1. Pause/Resume Integration:


- Toggle the connection switch off to pause data synchronization


- Toggle it back on to resume
