SurveyMars AI-powered survey creation feature enables users to quickly generate professional survey questions through AI assistance. Simply provide prompts or upload reference documents, and the AI will automatically create tailored survey questions based on your requirements, significantly improving survey creation efficiency.

Feature Access

1. Navigate to the survey list page and locate the "AI " button in the top right corner. Click it to access the AI survey creation page.

2. Alternatively, select a specific survey type and click the "AI Create" option to enter the AI survey creation page directly.

Creating Survey Questions


1. Write a prompt describing your survey requirements, or use one of the platform-provided prompt templates.


- You can directly insert example prompts from the platform

2. Or upload reference files to help the AI understand your requirements better.


- You can upload up to 4 files at a time


- Each file size should not exceed 6MB


- Supported file formats: txt, docx, xls, xlsx, pptx, pdf

3. Click the "Generate Questions" button to proceed to the creation page.

4. Please wait patiently while the AI generates survey questions for you.


Preview and Edit Questions


After the questions are generated, you can perform simple edits on the preview page:

Continue AI Conversation


You can continue conversing with the AI in the left chat dialog box to refine your survey questions:


1. Type your requirements or feedback in the chat dialog


2. The AI will continue generating questions that better match your requirements based on your input

Advanced Editing and Sharing


Once you're satisfied with the question content, you have two options:


1. Click "Go to Edit" on the right side to enter the detailed editing page for more comprehensive editing options.

2. Or click "Go to Share" directly to distribute your survey or configure other survey settings.

Important Notes


- The AI question generation process may take some time. Please be patient and wait for the generation to complete.


- You can upload up to 4 files at a time, with each file not exceeding 6MB in size.


- Supported file formats include: txt, docx, xls, xlsx, pptx, pdf.


- You can continue refining questions through the AI chat dialog at any time during the preview stage.


- All edits made on the preview page can be further customized in the detailed editing page.


- Make sure to review all questions before sharing or distributing your survey.

Q1: How long does it take for the AI to generate survey questions?


A: The generation time varies depending on the complexity of your requirements and the number of questions requested. Typically, it takes 30 seconds to 2 minutes. Please wait patiently during the generation process.



Q2: Can I upload more than 4 files at once?


A: No, the system currently supports uploading up to 4 files at a time. If you need to upload more files, please complete the current upload first, then upload additional files in a new session.



Q3: What should I do if my file exceeds 6MB?


A: Please compress or split your file to ensure each file is under 6MB. You can also extract key information and create a smaller reference document for upload.



Q4: Can I edit the generated questions after clicking "Go to Share"?


A: Yes, you can always return to edit your survey questions. After sharing, you can still access the survey editing page to make modifications at any time.



Q5: How can I get better results from the AI-generated questions?


A: To get better results, we recommend:


- Provide detailed and specific prompts describing your survey objectives


- Upload relevant reference documents that contain the information you want to survey


- Use the AI chat dialog to provide feedback and request adjustments


- Iteratively refine questions through multiple rounds of AI conversation



Q6: What file formats are supported for upload?


A: The system supports the following file formats: txt, docx, xls, xlsx, pptx, and pdf. Files in other formats cannot be uploaded.



Q7: Can I use both prompts and file uploads together?


A: Yes, you can combine both methods. Write a prompt to describe your requirements and also upload reference files. The AI will consider both sources when generating questions.



Q8: What happens if I'm not satisfied with the generated questions?


A: You have several options:


- Use the preview page to manually edit questions, options, and question order


- Continue the conversation with AI in the chat dialog to request regenerated or modified questions


- Go to the detailed editing page for comprehensive modifications


- Start over with a new prompt or different reference files
