Multiple choice Format

In order to improve the user experience of answering question, matrix question types provide multiple-choice format in mobile devices.

1. Determine which questions you want to set up the multiple-choice format. Please note that only the following question types support this format:

- Matrix Radio Button

- Matrix Checkbox

- Matrix Rating

2. Turn on the Multiple-choice Format. When you check this, you can select whether automatically proceed to the next question.

3. Click Finish.

NOTE: You can only choose one display format between Vertical Selection and Multiple-choice Format.
