Dynamic Watermark

Dynamic Watermark feature allows you to add customizable watermarks to your survey forms. You can choose from various watermark types and customize the content based on your needs, enhancing document security and ownership identification.

Watermark Types


The system provides five types of watermarks (Fixed Text is selected by default):


1. Fixed Text Watermark


- Enter your fixed watermark text (maximum 100 characters)

2. Contact Fields


- Customize by selecting fields from your contact directory

Requires contact to be set up and survey send to the contacts

- The watermark will dynamically show the respondent's contact details, appearing only when they submit an answer.

- Uses password list fields as watermark

- Uses custom link hidden fields as watermark

5. SSO Login Information


- Uses SSO login information as watermark


- Requires API integration setup



Important Notes


1. Contact Directory Fields:


- If contact directory feature is not enabled, a prompt will appear


- Click "Go to Settings" to open contact directory settings in a new window


- On mobile devices: Contact directory settings are only available on desktop


2. Password List:


- If password list is not set up, a prompt will appear


- Click "Go to Settings" to open survey settings in a new window


3. Custom Parameters:


- If custom parameters are not configured, a prompt will appear


- Click "Go to Settings" to open custom parameter settings


- Email verification may be required for setup


4. SSO Login Information:


- If API integration is not set up, a prompt to contact support will appear


- Click "Contact Us" for API integration support


5. General Notes:


- When closing any prompt, the watermark type will revert to the previous selection


- Mobile device support is available for all features except contact directory settings


- Changes to watermark settings will affect all future survey responses

Q: How many types of watermarks are available?

Q: What happens if I close a configuration prompt?

A: When you close any configuration prompt, the watermark type will automatically revert to the previous selection.


Q: Do watermark changes affect existing survey responses?

A: No, changes to watermark settings only affect future survey responses, not existing ones.
