Help Center Quiz Analyze Reports Multiple Examiners Grading

Multiple Examiners Grading

This article helps you use Multi-grader on a quiz: from the Batch Grading page, share grading work by question or by examinee via email or a password-protected link.

Overview

Multi-grader builds on Batch Grading. Choose Grade by question or Grade by examinee as the shared grading mode, then invite graders by email or with a password link. Email sharing can assign a range to each grader. Password sharing uses one link and an access password.

Use Cases

- Different teachers grade different questions. Share by-question ranges.

- Homeroom teachers grade their own class. Share by-examinee assignments.

- Use Custom filter by department or class, then send each teacher the matching link.

Feature Access

1. Open Batch Grading for the quiz.

2. Click Multi-grader in the top-right of the page.

Tip: If you only need responses from one department or class, click Custom filter first, then open Multi-grader.

FAQs

Q: I cannot find Multi-grader.
A: Open Batch Grading from View/Download Responses first. The button is in the top-right of that page.

Q: How is email sharing different from a password link?
A: Email sharing can set a range per grader and send a customized message. A password link is the same URL for everyone, unlocked with a password.

Q: What if I do not set a range?
A: Each grader's default range is all data.

Q: How do I let a class teacher grade only that class?
A: Use Custom filter by class, then share Multi-grader with that teacher. You can also set a per-person range in email sharing.

Q: Does Delete take effect immediately?
A: A confirmation dialog appears. The grader is removed only after you confirm.
