If you no longer want an administrator in your system, such as when they leave the company, you can delete them.
Deleting an Administrator Who Hasn't Created Surveys
1. Click on the Delete icon to remove the administrator directly.

2. The deleted administrator will be retained in the recycle bin. You can recover the account or completely delete the account.

Deleting an Administrator Who Has Created Surveys
1. If the administrator has created surveys, clicking the Delete icon will trigger a prompt. This prompt will ask whether to delete the surveys directly or transfer them to another administrator.

2. If Transfer to another administrator is selected, the surveys from the original administrator will be transferred, and the receiving administrator's number of questionnaires will be increased.

3. An administrator chosen for direct deletion will be retained in the recycle bin. When clicking to Completely Delete, a prompt will appear again, asking whether the surveys need to be transferred to another administrator.
