Add from Contact List

The email sending feature provides a flexible contact selection mechanism, supporting both internal and external contacts as recipients. The system offers convenient contact management features, including search, filtering, and batch import capabilities, helping users efficiently manage email recipient lists.

Feature Access

1. Navigate to the email sending page and locate the "Quick Add" button in the contacts section.

2. In the dropdown menu, you will see two options:

- Add from Contacts List

- Add from External Contacts

3. when there are no contacts, the button is grayed out and unclickable, and the contact-related settings on the left are hidden. After adding a contact, the button becomes clickable, and the contact-related settings on the left become visible.

Sending Status Display

After sending emails, the sending status will be displayed in different lists based on the recipient type:

1. For contacts in your contact list,If there are no contacts, the send status page will only display the external contacts list and will not show the contacts list.

- Sending status will be shown in the contact list,

2. For external recipients:

- Sending status will be displayed in the external contacts list

- You can monitor the delivery status separately from your main contact list

Important Notes

- When there are no contacts, related buttons will be grayed out and unclickable

- Left-side contact settings are not visible when there are no contacts

- After adding contacts, buttons become clickable and left-side contact settings become visible

- Selected contacts will appear in the "Selected Contacts" tab on the right side of the popup

- You can cancel selected contacts at any time
