Adding Contacts
Contacts represent an organizational structure for internal employees. Members within Contacts can participate in business collaborations within the organization, such as distributing surveys to members listed in Contacts. Members can view the questionnaires they need to respond to and click to participate, as well as review their previous response records.
Click on the user avatar and select Contacts. You can add contacts by adding a single contact or by importing multiple contacts.

Adding a Single Contact
1. Click on Add a single contact.

2. Enter information such as email and name. You need to add group or label information first if you want to select from those options.

3. Click Save.
Importing Multiple Contacts
1. Click on Import multiple contacts.

2. Click on Upload CSV, you can download the Excel sample file.


3. Click on Upload Excel File.

Editing Contact List
You can select contact(s) from the contact list to edit contact information, add to a group, or add a label. You can also bulk delete selected contact(s).
