How does the save and enable mechanism for workflow approval work?

When the setup is incomplete, the Save button is disabled. After the setup is completed, it can be clicked to save. The switch in the upper-right corner is off by default. Once enabled, the workflow approval feature officially takes effect.

How do I use the approval progress viewing feature?

After the basic settings and process approval settings are completed and enabled, a "View Approval Progress" button will appear, allowing you to customize reminder content and remind approvers.

What is the difference between countersign and co-sign approval methods? How do you set them up?

Countersign requires all approvers to approve and for their opinions to be consistent before it can be passed, whereas co-sign only requires approval from any one approver. To set it up, select the corresponding method in the approval settings pop-up, and multiple approvers are supported. In countersign mode, subsequent approvers can only choose the previous approver's opinion.

What are the business scenarios for the waitlist feature?

The waitlist feature is used when the number of submitted responses exceeds the limit, causing subsequent responses to enter the waitlist process. It is suitable for approval scenarios with limited slots, such as medical appointments and enterprise workflows.

How do I set approvers and the deadline for the waitlist process?

After enabling the waitlist, you can set approvers (by default, the system auto-approves or you can assign them manually), and you can also set a waitlist deadline. After the deadline, answers can no longer be submitted.

How do I configure automatic reminder notifications?

In the workflow approval settings, enable automatic reminders, set a custom reminder time and email content, and the system will regularly notify the approver.

What are the business rules for CC settings?

After CC recipients are set, they can receive approval emails and view the details, but they do not have permission to reply or make changes. If no CC recipients are set, the CC tab will not be displayed.

How can approvers be added in bulk to an approval workflow node?

You can batch-enter approvers' email addresses in the node settings. Assignment by question options is supported, and some question types support bulk assignment across all options.

What question types are supported for approval condition filtering?

Supports multiple-choice questions, fill-in-the-blank questions, multi-level dropdowns, etc. You can add up to two questions as filtering conditions.

How are node deletions handled in the approval process?

Deleting a node will also delete the related nodes that follow it. Please proceed with caution to avoid accidentally deleting nodes and causing the workflow to break.
