When creating a questionnaire, pay attention to the following key parameters: - title: The questionnaire title, cannot be empty, and cannot exceed 200 characters - is_published: Publication status; when set to false, the created questionnaire will be a draft - creator_id: Creator ID; make sure the corresponding administrator exists and has permission - survey_id: When creating from a template, specify an existing questionnaire ID - type: Questionnaire type; different types have different required field requirements

Questionnaire titles have the following restrictions: - It cannot be empty; otherwise the system will prompt "Survey name is empty, failed to create survey" - The length cannot exceed 200 characters; otherwise it cannot be saved - It cannot contain the specific sensitive word surveymars

When creating question options, please note: - Options cannot be duplicated; otherwise, the system will display "Duplicate option found" - For multiple-choice questions and ranking questions, you can set the min_options and max_options parameters to control the selectable range - For ranking questions, the min_options and max_options parameters should not be set to -1 - The max_options value must be greater than or equal to min_options; otherwise, the system will report an error - When configuring random option ordering, choice_random and choice_random_type must be kept consistent

- Setting question associations is not supported - Setting skip logic is not supported - Setting option associations is not supported - The item_skip (option skipping) parameter setting may not take effect These complex logic settings currently need to be completed in the questionnaire editing interface.
