In the approval settings pop-up, you can choose the approval method: countersignature (all approvers must approve) or one-of approval (approval by any one approver is sufficient). Each node can have multiple approvers selected, and the approval method can be kept consistent with the previous node.

How is the approval page displayed for countersignature/joint approval or sequential approval?

For countersignature/joint approval, the approval page displays all approval comments and progress. For sequential approval, it shows the already approved comments and indicates that repeated approval is not required. After a rejection, all users who have already approved must review and approve again.

How does CC settings affect the email page?

After CC recipients are set, a CC tab appears on the email page. CC recipients can view the approval content but do not have permission to reply or make changes. If no CC recipients are set, this tab will not be displayed.

How can CC recipients view multiple questionnaires?

If a CC recipient has multiple questionnaires, they can switch between different response details on the email page.

How do I configure the automatic reminder feature?

After enabling automatic reminders, you can customize the reminder time and email content, and the system will automatically remind approvers according to the settings.
