Assign a unique password to each evaluator (such as an employee ID, student number, phone number, etc.). 4. Import all evaluators' password information into the system. 5. Obtain the unique response link and QR code. 6. Distribute the link or QR code to evaluators through announcements, social media, and other channels. 7. Evaluators enter through the link or QR code, enter their own password, and then can complete the questionnaire.

How do I set up respondent page evaluator rating controls?

1. On the Send Questionnaire page, go to the "Function Settings" section. 2. Check the "Respondent Page Evaluator Rating Control" option. 3. Set the maximum percentage of ratees that an evaluator can give a score above a certain threshold to, or the percentage of ratees that cannot be given a score below a certain threshold. 4. After saving the settings, the respondent page will automatically validate the scoring rules. 5. If an evaluator's responses do not meet the rules, the system will prompt them and prevent submission.

How do I set a passing/baseline score threshold?

1. On the survey sending page, go to the "Function Settings" section. 2. Select the "Passing/Baseline Score Threshold Settings" feature. 3. Enter the corresponding passing or baseline score value based on your actual needs. 4. You can choose whether to display passing data in the comparison report; it is turned off by default. 5. You can customize the relevant display text and insert the number and percentage of passing/failing respondents at any position. 6. After saving the settings, the report will display the content related to the passing threshold according to the configuration.

How can multiple evaluations be allowed?

1. On the questionnaire sending page, go to the "Function Settings" section. 2. Check the "Allow Multiple Evaluations" option. 3. This is suitable for scenarios such as students evaluating teachers or mutual evaluations between departments. 4. Evaluators can submit responses multiple times, and the system will record data from each submission. 5. After saving the settings, evaluators can respond multiple times as needed.

How do I calculate scores on the response page?

1. On the Send Questionnaire page, go to the "Function Settings" section. 2. Check the "Calculate scores on the response page" option. 3. Choose a scoring method: total score of the evaluatee, average score, or calculate individual scores by dimension. 4. If dimensions are set and questions are linked, you can choose to score by dimension. 5. After saving the settings, a score section will be displayed at the bottom of the response page, allowing respondents to view the score in real time.

How do I set up removing the highest and lowest scores at each level?

1. On the questionnaire sending page, go to the "Function Settings" section. 2. Check the "Remove the highest and lowest scores at each level" option. 3. Set the rules: for example, remove one highest score and one lowest score for every certain number of people, or set the removal count separately by level. 4. The highest and lowest scores will only be removed when the number of people at each level is at least 3. 5. After saving the settings, the system will automatically process the score data according to the rules.

How can evaluators be allowed to evaluate in batches?

1. On the Send Questionnaire page, go to the "Function Settings" section. 2. Select the "Allow evaluators to evaluate in batches" option. 3. Choose a batch method: allow multiple batch evaluations, evaluate only one item at a time, batch by department, batch by level, pop-up user selection, etc. 4. After saving the settings, evaluators will complete the evaluation step by step according to the selected batch method.

How can I make supervisors’ and subordinates’ "other ratings" display consistently in the report?

1. On the questionnaire sending page, go to the "Feature Settings" section. 2. Check the "Display supervisors’ and subordinates’ ratings as 'other ratings' in reports" option. 3. This takes effect only when there is a hierarchical relationship. On the report page, all supervisor and subordinate scores will be displayed uniformly as "other ratings". 4. When level weights are configured, the system will calculate "other ratings" using weighted scores based on the weights. 5. After saving the settings, the relevant report sections will display "other ratings" data uniformly.

What content is mainly displayed on the report homepage (selected by default)?

1. The report homepage is the default display page for the 360-degree assessment report. 2.
