If the title contains sensitive words such as surveymars, the system will reject the creation request and return an error message indicating that the title contains prohibited sensitive words. The system will not automatically filter out sensitive words or continue creating the questionnaire.

No. Statistical analysis viewers do not have permission to use the template creation API. Only system administrators and questionnaire administrators have permission to use this API.
