The reply path can be selected from the email question types in the questionnaire from the dropdown. If there are no email question types, there will be no options available, and you will be prompted to jump to the questionnaire editing page to add one.

How do I set approval condition filters?

For each node, you can use the dropdown to select question content as approval conditions. Up to two questions can be selected to facilitate workflow branching.

The waiting list feature can be accessed on the process approval settings page. Once enabled, you can set a response count threshold, and when that threshold is reached, the process will enter the waiting list workflow.

The waiting process can add nodes and set waiting condition filters, approvers, and approval results. Approvers can be selected manually or assigned automatically by the system.

How is the waitlist cutoff time set?

You can set a waitlist cutoff time. After the cutoff, responses can no longer be submitted. It needs to be synchronized with the survey end time.

What is the identity verification mechanism on the approval page?

Approvers must log in with their email address to access the approval page. The system sends a verification code, and they can enter only after entering it, ensuring security.

How does the approval page support switching between multiple projects?

The approval page supports project switching and displays lists of pending approvals and completed approvals, making it easier for approvers to manage multiple projects.
