The form below will sign you up to receive a DIGITAL DOWNLOAD of the recital once it is ready this summer.
COST: $25
You can pay with cash/check at the studio or you can pay online through the online portal.
PAYING WITH CASH: Put your cash/check in an envelope with your NAME and RECITAL VIDEO written on the outside of the envelope. Please DO NOT bring any payments to the theatre on recital day. It is too chaotic at the theatre and payments will get lost. Payments will only be accepted at the studio (during rehearsals or dropped through the mail slot after the recital).
PAYING ONLINE: The fee for the video will be added to your portal shortly after you complete this form.
IMPORTANT: You will be receiving a DIGITAL DOWNLOAD only. Links will be sent AFTER payment has been made.
Once the video is ready and you have paid, you will receive a Google Drive link to the email address that you provide on this form and you will need to download the video to your computer from that link. The link will only be valid until September 1, 2026 so you must download the video to your computer before then.
