Now that we know the Republican and Democratic candidates for Governor will be Tom Tiffany and David Crowley, one issue that isn’t falling neatly along partisan lines is what the next Governor should do with Data Centers.
While this is a big topic online, we’re curious how big of a deal data centers are offline with our audience.
How much do you care about data centers as a voting issue in the governor’s race?

What do you think Wisconsin’s next governor should do about data-center development?
Allow local communities to decide, while requiring developers to pay for infrastructure and grid upgrades, use renewable energy, and protect water resources
Allow data centers, but impose statewide limits on energy and water use
Pause approval of all new data centers until their effects on electricity rates, water, and the environment are studied
Encourage rapid expansion because of the potential for jobs and economic growth
Prohibit new hyper-scale data centers in Wisconsin
