Invitation
You are invited to take part in a research study conducted as part of a MSc programme in Business and Management at Aston University. Before deciding whether to participate, please read the following information carefully about what participation involves and how your information will be handled.

What Will Participation Involve?
You will be asked to view an advertisement and answer a series of questions about your perceptions and responses to the advertisement.
The survey is expected to take approximately 8 minutes to complete.
There are no foreseeable risks or discomforts to participating in this study. You will not receive any payment, compensation, or other financial benefit for participating.
Voluntary Participation
Taking part in this study is entirely voluntary. You do not have to participate, and choosing not to participate will not result in any disadvantage or penalty.
You may withdraw from the study at any point before submitting your responses by closing the survey.
As your answers are completely anonymous, you will be asked to create a participant ID in the following page. The ID will be crucial if you wish to withdraw your consent within two weeks of completing this survey.
Confidentiality and Data Storage
Your responses will be treated confidentially and will only be used for the purposes of this research project.
The survey will not ask you to provide any information that is personally identifiable. Your responses will be stored securely on Aston University’s Microsoft OneDrive and will only be accessible to the researcher and their supervisor.
Results may be presented in the researcher's dissertation and potentially in academic presentations or publications and will be reported in a way that does not identify individual participants.
