SHUTTLE POLICIES
a. Shuttle service operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
b. Passengers must be present at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time.
c. The shuttle will wait no longer than 5 minutes after arrival before departing.
d. Drivers are unable to make unscheduled stops or alter approved routes.
e. Shuttle capacity is limited and subject to availability.
f. Passengers are responsible for all personal belongings.
g. The transportation provider is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
h. Passengers must follow all driver instructions and safety requirements.
i. Disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful behavior may result in removal from shuttle service without refund.
