No. KTC is not a lender.

Yes.
Clear and verifiable land title is required. Projects without land ownership or secure land rights are not fundable.
9. Do I need planning approvals before approaching KTC?
Ideally, yes.
However, projects with advanced planning stages may still be reviewed during preliminary assessment.
10. What kind of loans can developers access through KTC?
