LIRVs CLUB RV Fractional Ownership Interest Survey:

A number of our LIRVs renters have expressed interest in a shared‑ownership RV program, and we’re exploring the possibility of launching a premium, hassle‑free ownership club member model. Your feedback will help shape what this program becomes.


The Concept:

Club Members enjoy the RV during their allotted weeks with no restrictions on miles, generator use, or destinations. Each RV could come fully stocked and equipped, and all major responsibilities are handled by LIRVs:

• Maintenance & Repairs

• Registration, Inspection & Insurance

• Wi‑Fi & ALL Technology

• Storage

• Upkeep & Cleaning

The only expenses you are responsible for during your trips are fuel, tolls, food, and campsite reservations.

Food and reservations are services you can ask LIRVs to handle for a fee.


An annual operating fee or monthly membership dues would cover consumables (towels, cookware, small appliances), insurance increases, maintenance, and upgrades. Operating costs are divided across 48 owner‑use weeks, with 4 weeks reserved for turnaround and required maintenance.


Membership/Ownership could last 3-10 years, (or lifetime membership with monthly dues), after which the RVs are sold and proceeds are distributed proportionally, or used for trade in for new units. Owners may also rent out unused weeks through LIRVs or independently for additional income.
