Hawkesbury Disability Inclusion Action Plan Survey

Hawkesbury City Council is currently developing the 2027 - 2030 Disability Inclusion Action Plan (DIAP) that will provide a clear and practical roadmap toward building a safe, accessible, and inclusive Hawkesbury for all residents and visitors.

We want to hear from the Hawkesbury community about local challenges and opportunities for improving access and inclusion for those with Disability.

All survey respondents will go in the draw to win a $100 visa gift card!
