NurseCapture | Structured Experience Interview
Survey Description

Healthcare collects enormous amounts of data about care—tasks, interventions, outcomes, time, cost, and quality. But some of what connects those pieces may never appear in the record.

NurseCapture is exploring what existing data captures, what it may miss, and whether there are better ways to represent nursing’s contribution to care and outcomes.

Protecting your anonymity is fundamental to this work:

NurseCapture does not ask for your name, email address, employer, facility, patient names, coworker names, or other direct identifiers. IP addresses are not stored with responses.

Please help protect your anonymity by not including names or other identifying information in written responses.

We are interested in the experience—not who or where it happened.

Think of one specific experience from your work..

🎙️ Tell it in your own words.

Tip: Voice-to-text is encouraged if that’s easier. Don’t worry about grammar, spelling, or making your response sound polished.

One experience is enough. Have another one? You’re welcome to come back and share another experience in a new submission.
