Standard Emotional Intelligence (EQ) Test

EQ is an indicator of emotional ability. Emotional intelligence is different from IQ; it is not predetermined but consists of five learnable abilities: American psychologists believe that emotional intelligence includes the following aspects:   First, understanding one's own emotions; only by understanding oneself can one become the master of one's own life.
Second, the ability to properly manage one's emotions, that is, the ability to regulate oneself.
Third, self-motivation, which helps people emerge from life's low points and start anew.
4. Recognize others' emotions, which is the foundation for normal interactions and smooth communication.
Fifth, managing interpersonal relationships, that is, leadership and management skills. A person with high emotional intelligence is someone who can clearly grasp their own emotions, keenly sense them, and effectively feedback changes in others' emotions. Emotional intelligence determines how we can fully and fully utilize the various abilities we possess. Usually, emotional intelligence is tested in interviews at large enterprises. Emotional intelligence refers to the degree of emotional responses such as optimism and pessimism, impatience and calmness, boldness and fear, contemplation and intuition
